Return & Exchange

📦 Returns

Due to the personal and delicate nature of accessories, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Have visible damage or quality issues reported within 48 hours of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at haozhuang@venvia.store within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available for preference-related reasons(e.g., color, size, or change of mind).


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for accessories due to hygiene and inventory limitations under our made-to-order or third-party shipping system.

Please double-check your order details before checkout. If you made a mistake in shipping address or item selection, contact us within 12 hours of ordering — we may be able to help before the item is processed.
