Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted production and logistics partners worldwide. Your order may ship directly from one of our regional studios or warehouses, depending on availability and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Standard processing takes 7 business days. Shipping times vary by region:

  • US/UK/EU: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us within12 hoursif you need to make changes. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returnsonly for damaged or faulty itemsreported within 48 hours of delivery. Due to hygiene and sustainability reasons, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons such as color, size, or change of mind.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes. Most of our jewelry uses nickel-free, skin-friendly materials such as stainless steel, titanium, or coated brass. If you have specific sensitivities, feel free to contact us for material details before ordering.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking first. If marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact your local courier. We're happy to assist with claims but are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
